Entry Procedures
ONLINE SUBMISSION
The 2025 Business Excellence Awards consist of online submissions. All questions must be answered and materials must be submitted by 5:00pm, March 21, 2025. After submitting your application, you may continue to edit it up until the deadline of March 21, 2025. After the deadline, no changes can be made to your application.
ENTRY COMPLETION
Create your member account here.
- Select the category you wish to enter, and submit your information according to the specifications for the category.
- All supporting materials listed are required. For questions or concerns, contact our office.
- Include electronic copy of current business logo (jpg, png or pdf).
- Entries will be saved in your member account, and can be edited up until the entry deadline (5:00pm, March 21, 2025). If you require assistance with submissions, please contact our office at 3062927066.
Accuracy of submitted materials is the responsibility of the applicant. Information given in your application will be used exactly as submitted in the award ceremony through production, presentation, and recognition in the media.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Applications must be complete and submitted by 5:00pm, March 21, 2025.
JUDGING PROCESS
All completed applications for the Business Excellence Awards will be evaluated by independent, anonymous judges external to the Prairie Sky Region using a weighted point system for each answer provided in the application, and the weight of each question is included in the application. A new set of judges is selected each year. Online judging will take place from March 24 - April 25, 2025.
Judging criteria are listed with each category description. All entries are scored based on judging criteria.
FINALIST ANNOUNCEMENT
Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, April 30th 2025.
FINAL NOTES
Prairie Sky Chamber reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions without notice.
Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of Prairie Sky Chamber .
All entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
PROMOTION AS AN AWARD OF EXCELLENCE WINNER
Businesses must indicate the Year and the Award Category Title in which they won or were a finalist when advertising/promoting/etc. There are to be no changes made to the name of the award category.
