Only businesses who were nominated for an award should be creating an account and submitting an application. 

How do I create an account?

Click here to find the "create account" form. Fill in your name, contact information, and email and password, and you're set! When you sign up, you'll be logged in automatically and can start creating your entries right away.

After logging in, select the category listed on the card you received and start your submission. 

The 2025 Business Excellence Awards consist of online submissions. All questions must be answered and materials must be submitted by 11:59pm, March 24, 2025. After submitting your application, you may continue to edit it up until the deadline of March 21, 2025. After the deadline, no changes can be made to your application. 

Accuracy of submitted materials is the responsibility of the applicant. Information given in your application will be used exactly as submitted in the award ceremony through production, presentation, and recognition in the media.

JUDGING PROCESS

All completed applications for the Business Excellence Awards will be evaluated by independent, anonymous judges external to the Prairie Sky Region using a weighted point system for each answer provided in the application, and the weight of each question is included in the application. A new set of judges is selected each year.  Online judging will take place from March 24 - April 27, 2025.

Judging criteria are listed with each category description. All entries are scored based on judging criteria.

FINALIST ANNOUNCEMENT

Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, April 30th 2025.

FINAL NOTES

Prairie Sky Chamber reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions without notice. 
Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of Prairie Sky Chamber . 
All entrants agree to be bound by these rules. 

PROMOTION AS AN AWARD OF EXCELLENCE WINNER

Businesses must indicate the Year and the Award Category Title in which they won or were a finalist when advertising/promoting/etc. There are to be no changes made to the name of the award category.

The 2025 Business Excellence Awards Gala will take place on 5:00pm, May 23, 2025 at Brian King Centre in 202 8th Ave N, Warman.  Tickets can be purchased on the Prairie Sky Website.
